Located at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in Jackson, Michigan, CCC Catering specializes in event catering, such as wedding receptions, special events, and more.
We provide everything, from the cuisine, food service, bartenders, rentals and entertainment. Whether you are putting on a small cocktail party at your home or a grand opening of a hospital, we will ensure your event is perfect. Our menu is as diverse as you need it to be. We would encourage you to look through our menu but if you can’t find what you are looking for, just call us. We put together custom menus for events of all sizes. Our staff will walk you through the process of determining the best cuisine for your budget, whatever your budget may be.

Our chefs craft a menu for you and your guests and we often create menus specifically for a client. We take into consideration dietary sensitivities, preferences, event specific needs as well as a budget.
EVENT PLANNING SERVICES: WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING
Our professionals can help you create and craft your event, beginning to end, setup to clean up. We walk you through each step of the process assisting you with menu selection, decor, equipment rentals, staffing, entertainment and of course the food service. Want a band? Worried about how many appetizers you will need? Buffet or sit down? We will walk you through every step so you don’t have to worry about anything.
DROP AND GO CATERING: JUST THE FOOD
Handling all the details yourself? Great! We consult with you on your needs and if required we craft a unique menu for your event. Whether you need food for 20 people or 2000, we can deliver to any location in Michigan / Northern Ohio area. Also if you want to further cut your costs, you can pickup your food at our kitchen in the Commonwealth Commerce Center in Jackson. There is no service charge for non-staffed functions.
All staffed functions are subject to labor charges plus a 20% incidental charge (Not a Gratuity)
